Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)An opportunity has arisen to work from our Cricklewood Depot, London NW2, where we supply and deliver all forms of Roofing Materials.
As a Counter Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for serving our customers and building relationships to generate sales. Our client prides themselves on service and strive to ensure customers receive the products they need, easily and at a great price.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and personal traits:- Good communication skills
- Driven to achieve high standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a similar role in a trade or retail environment
- Good understanding of excel and stock control (to help maintain the branch's stock levels)
- Good organisational skills
- Aptitude for success through confidence, accuracy and teamwork to ensure achieving the service guarantees

Cricklewood | Warehouse/Yard person
Salary £26, 611 plus Bonuses Benefits Company Pension Annual Leave 20 days per year including 5 days at Christmas plus bank holidays
Annual leave year runs January 1st – 31st DecemberHours You will be required to work Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm and 8:00am - 12:00pm alternate Saturdays (44.5 hours per week) Contract Type Permanent Probation Period 6 months Location of Position Cricklewood, NW2 An opportunity has arisen to work from our Cricklewood Depot, London NW2, where we supply and deliver and all forms of Roofing Materials.
You will need to be a good communicator as you will be working closely with a team of experienced operatives and dealing with the Public. You should have a flexible attitude, and ideally some experience in the Building / Roofing Industry. You will need to be aware of health and safety where it will be a key factor within the working day. You will also be loading and unloading delivery vehicles by hand or with a forklift truck, sorting stock and general housekeeping.
Forklift experience would be helpful but not essential.

We supply and deliver all forms of Roofing Materials. Currently, we are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager.
Role Description
You will currently be a Assistant Branch Manager and have a proven track record of growing and sustaining a profitable operation. Passion and determination will be a pre requisite in order to build up a pipeline of new and existing business. You will also need to demonstrate appetite for highest level of customer service. Taking responsibility for maximising the potential sales and overall profitability of the Branch. Business development activity will be of paramount importance. It goes without saying that you will have a demonstrable track record in sales/negotiating/Stock Control and motivate your team in a hands-on role and be able to articulate innovative ideas that have resulted and will again result in new and existing customer wins. The right candidate will come to the table with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
About You
You will ideally have the following experience.
Previous Roofing merchant or Construction related sector experience within a face to face customer service environment.
Responsible for every aspect of the Branch, both Sales and operations.
· Excellent Communication Skills are essential.
· Experience working to challenging targets.
· Able to demonstrate all of the above as well as showing an aptitude for success through confidence, accuracy and team work to ensure we achieve our service guarantees
· Providing an advisory service to customers
· A good level of computer literacy including Microsoft-Office especially excel.
· Using Market intelligence and analysing Stock Profiles and Sales trends to anticipate future direction.
