Can I get next day delivery?
All of our products have the estimated delivery time showing on the product page, If we have the product in stock and you order before 2pm we will do our best to get your products despatched the same day. if you require your product urgently then please give us a call on 0208 830 7000 and speak with one of our helpful advisors who will do their best to help.
Has my order gone through?
If you've placed your order online you'll receive an automated confirmation e-mail. This will detail all the items you have ordered and the expected delivery dates. However, you will only receive this e-mail if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address.
If you have not received this e-mail, please check to ensure it has not been filtered into your junk or spam folder.Do you install / can you recommend an installer?
We don't provide an installation service; however, we work closely with a team of experienced installers who include ex-VELUX engineers.

Yes, you can! Orders are available for collection from our JJ Roofing Supplies stores across North London and Hertfordshire - Cricklewood, New Barnet, Winchmore Hill, London Colney, St. Albans, Southall, Sidcup, Isleworth and Hemel Hempstead. Products that are in stock are available to purchase online by using our click and collect service. Orders using this service are usually available to collect the same day.
