What Was Done?
A brand new loft was built at the top of this North London terrace. The new space has been turned into a spacious bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with under floor heating and anti-mist mirrors.

The ground floor also underwent a complete renovation, being transformed into an open plan space combining living room and kitchen. As with both bathrooms, hydraulic under floor heating was installed into the new kitchen/living space to keep the home warm during the winter.

The incorporation of kitchen and living room in the downstairs living area is the perfect way of bringing everybody back together in a communal space everybody can make use of and enjoy.

What Daylight Was Added?
Two GGL white painted centre pivot VELUX roof windows have been installed in the loft bedroom with white blackout blinds.
Another GGL VELUX is in place above the stairwell to the loft.
