What was done?
The project began in April 2022, becoming one of the biggest projects of the year. A full property refurbishment was carried out, transforming the two-storey flat and adding an additional floor by extending into the loft.
As well as this, a full replacement kitchen, new electrics and new flooring were added throughout.

How have the changes improved the home?
The project gave this property an additional 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 reception rooms. The result provided the owners with an open, bright, and spacious apartment.
This enhancement to the space has provided the owners with copious amounts of daylight in traditionally dark areas and has helped create the perfect space for comfortable everyday living.
What daylight was added?
VELUX GGL SK10 2070 White Paint Laminated Centre Pivot Roof Windows 114x160cm were added to the bathroom and stairwells. These white painted roof windows help flood the space with daylight due to their clean, bright white finish. These windows are perfect for adding daylight to rooms that require more ventilation such as bathrooms and are even perfect for large cities like London due to their noise reducing features.
Though the results of this stunning home transformation speak for themselves, the skylights have been noted as a favourite feature within this home. Proving how any space, large or small, can be elevated with daylight!
