The RoofLITE SFX slate flashing is designed for slate roofs with a thickness ranging from 0 to 16mm (2 x 8mm). This essential component ensures a watertight seal during roof window installation, effectively guiding water away from the window for optimal drainage.
Compatible with various flat roofing materials, including slate, shingle, asphalt, bitumen, and chipping, the SFX slate flashing provides a secure, tight fit. Its bottom and segmented soaker parts guarantee a perfect seal, making it suitable for all types of flat roofing.
Crafted from high-quality lead-free aluminium, the RoofLITE SFX flashing is finished in the same grey colour as RoofLITE roof windows, ensuring a seamless look. Built to withstand harsh weather conditions, including UV exposure, it has been rigorously tested for watertightness and comes with a 10-year guarantee.
Easy to install, the flashing is accompanied by clear instructions and includes all necessary cladding and flashing parts. Please note, the 10-year guarantee on RoofLITE roof windows is valid only when installed with RoofLITE flashing.
