"Excellent prices, choice and customer service. I purchased a Velux rooflight from Sterlingbuild before Christmas which was delivered well before the scheduled date. The rooflight was not installed by the builders until last week, following which I noticed the spindle (used to open the window) was missing. The builders were adamant that the part was not included within the packaging – although there was no way of knowing what had happened to this part – Sterlingbuild couldn’t have been more helpful, and sourced the missing part free of charge and without any quibbles.
