Available in 28mm double glazed or 44mm triple glazed options,
each unit features toughened safety glass internally and externally for added peace of mind.
A 120mm ceramic border is included as standard, concealing the top of the upstand and sealant line
for a smart, minimalist finish.
All Korniche FlatLite rooflights are PAS24:2022 compliant, meaning they are security tested to resist
forced entry, helping to keep your home safe without compromising on style.

Important Sizing & Installation Information
- The sizes shown are based on a builder’s upstand.
- Your upstand should be 75–85mm wide to suit the stated rooflight sizes.

When forming your roof opening, deduct the upstand width on both sides from the overall rooflight size
to calculate the correct hole size.

All upstands must be built with a 3–5° pitch to ensure proper water runoff and long-term weather performance.
