Fixed Rooflights

With its distinctly simple and clean lines, the Signature fixed rooflight represents a classic and attractive way of opening up a roof to the outside world and letting in an abundance of daylight.

These non-opening windows come with toughened safety glass that is 200 times stronger than regular glass, providing reassurance against flying objects and falling debris.

Thermoformed Signature rooflights provide optimum heat retention thanks in part to the low-e coating and warm edge spacer which come as standard with every unit.

All Signature rooflights can be supplied with a readymade external upstand for even quicker installation.

Opening Rooflights

Ventilate your home with regular doses of fresh air with a Signature opening rooflight, available in either manual or electric operation.

Offering identical insulation and light transmission to the fixed units, Signature opening rooflights can be conveniently opened via wall switch or remote control (electric) or a telescopic rod (manual).

The 24v chain-driven actuators which drive the window’s operation are completely concealed within the frame to retain a tidy interior finish.

All of the fixings needed for installation come as standard with all Signature products, along with a timber upstand if required.

Access Hatch Rooflights

The Signature access hatch rooflight is an elegant and versatile flat roof window that gives users an extra point of access to the roof.

Whether it be to carry out maintenance or enjoy a roof terrace, the Signature access hatch opens to a 70-degree angle for easy and regular entry.

The electric access hatch’s opening mechanism is a pair of high quality 24v folding arm actuators. The manual rooflight relies on a pair of concealed gas struts that securely the hold the window open.

Like all Signature rooflights, frames are dual colour with marine grade polyester powder coating; supplied in slate grey (RAL 7016) externally and matt white (RAL 9010) internally. Different RAL colours are just one of the many bespoke options available.

Walk-On Rooflights

Signature walk-on rooflights are eye-catching glass panels that are installed either internally or externally to bring natural light to the area directly below.

An aesthetically pleasing feature in its own right, these flush-fitting floorlights are ideal for spaces with regular footfall and can be safely walked on having surpassed all latest regulations.

Glass specification is determined by the size and loading requirements, details which will need to be agreed during the order process.

Stringently tested anti-slip coatings are available to further improve the external walk-on rooflight’s safety performance in wet conditions.

Multi-Pane Rooflights

Arguably the most versatile rooflight in the range, the Signature multi-panel rooflight is almost certainly the most visually impressive.

Multi-pane rooflights are an innovate way of bringing contemporary architectural glazing to the roof of your property.

Multi-pane rooflights are made up several glazing sections connected by a silicone bond or glazing bars. Opulent glass beam supports and low-profile rafters are available on bespoke orders, along with any number of opening sections and angles.

The shape of standard Signature multi-panes are ideal for introducing daylight into internal corridors and similarly shaped spaces within the home.
