The EOS Product Range 

EOS produces two core systems covering the most common rooflight applications in the residential and commercial markets. 

EOS97 Flat Rooflight Range 

The EOS97 is their flat roof glazing system, available in fixed, electric opening, walk-on, circular, modular, and access configurations. All variants share the same thermally broken frame profile and fully insulated upstand system, manufactured in-house to match each rooflight exactly. U-values across the EOS97 range reach as low as 0.65 W/m²K, exceeding the requirements of Approved Document L. 

EOS100 Pitched Skylight Range 

The EOS100 is their pitched roof system, designed for roof pitches from 15 to 90 degrees. It is available in fixed, electric opening, conservation, and modular configurations. The conservation variant is suitable for listed buildings and designated areas where flush, low-profile glazing is required. The modular format allows multiple units to be combined into larger arrangements without visible breaks in the glazing line. 

Thermal Performance 

Thermal performance is central to how EOS products are specified and sold. Every rooflight in the EOS97 and EOS100 range is independently tested and certified, with documented U-values supplied as standard. The thermally broken aluminium frame eliminates cold bridging at the frame perimeter, which is one of the most common sources of condensation and heat loss in lesser rooflight systems. All glass used in EOS products is heat soak tested, with a toughened outer pane and laminated inner pane as standard across the range. 

EOS rooflights exceed the energy efficiency requirements of Approved Document L as standard, meaning they are compliant for both new build and replacement installations without requiring additional calculation or specification work. 

Insulated Upstands 

One area where EOS differs from the majority of rooflight manufacturers is the upstand. Most flat rooflights are supplied as a glazed unit only, leaving the installer to source or build a separate upstand. EOS manufactures fully insulated upstands in-house, sized to match each rooflight exactly. The upstands are thermally efficient, structurally sound, and supplied ready for installation. This reduces on-site build time and removes the risk of thermal bridges or structural inconsistencies at the upstand junction. 

Bespoke Sizing 

EOS rooflights are available in standard sizes and fully bespoke dimensions. Because manufacturing is in-house, non-standard sizes carry the same lead time as standard products. There is no premium on bespoke sizing for most configurations. This makes EOS particularly well suited to extension and renovation projects where structural openings do not match standard sizes. 

The Ten-Year Guarantee 

Every EOS rooflight is backed by a ten-year guarantee covering both frame and glass. The guarantee applies to all products leaving the Sidcup facility and is supported by a dedicated specification and aftercare team.
