The EOS97 offers a highly efficient 0.97 W/m²K system U-value, helping to reduce heat loss and support a more comfortable indoor environment when installing with the EOS Insulated Upstand. Our Triple glazed units achieve a certified 0.65 W/m²K when fitted with our insulated upstands. These are available on request.

Alongside standard sizes, the EOS97 can be manufactured to suit bespoke project requirements. This makes it ideal where standard rooflight sizes are not suitable or where a specific architectural finish is required. Available in sizes ranging from 40cm to 6m
· Choice of Glazing Specifications
Choose from standard toughened glass or upgrade to a laminated safety glass package for enhanced protection, security and peace of mind. Triple Glazed units also available on request with optional 6mm, 8mm or 10mm inner or outer glazed units. Acoustic and solar control glass is available on request.
· Optional Insulated Upstand
The rooflight can be supplied as a lid-only unit for installation onto a builder’s kerb, or with an optional insulated upstand for a simpler, thermally efficient installation. Our 15cm upstands are flat as standard, however pitched (5°) upstand are available on request to provide the required fall when installing on a flat roof. When fitting to a warm roof 300mm Insulated Upstands are also available on request. Please note: if you are building your own upstand then a 100mm (w) upstand will be required therefore your external kerb will be 200mm bigger than the purchased rooflight size.
· Designed for Flat Roofs
Suitable for roofs between 0–15 degrees, the EOS97 is built specifically for flat roof applications. The rooflight must be fitted with an upstand and achieve an installed pitch of between 5-15°. Failure to achieve at least a 5° pitch increases the possibility of water pooling and potential of water ingress.
· Contemporary Anthracite Finish
The external frame is finished in RAL 7016 matt anthracite grey, offering a smart, modern look that works beautifully with contemporary extensions and flat roof designs.
· Clean, Minimal Appearance
Optional black ceramic banding can be selected to create a sleek, seamless finish when viewed from above. The ceramic borders are applied to the inner pane which is resistant to wear and also reduces the build up of hot air trapped in the glass cavity improving the unts overall durability.
