Roof Ventilation Tiles

The tiles on your roof keep your roof space, and your home, safe and dry. However, to keep your roof space free for condensation and hence dry inside, it's sometimes appropriate to use roof ventilation tiles in the roof to allow for adequate ventilation.

The ventilation your roof space gets is just as important as protecting your home from the ingress of water. A roof that is completely breathable is most likely to remain maintenance free for longer and problems with damp and mould will be reduced considerably.

Roof ventilation tiles are the perfect device to use to make sure your roof is well ventilated. The ventilation tile simply fits into the space previously taken by a standard tile and allows air to circulate through the roof space.

Ventilation tiles feature a design which allows air to enter and leave your home but stops insects, birds and small mammals from entering. They are available in a range of colours and designs to fit in with the tile design you have on your home and can be fitted with downpipes so you can direct the ventilation as and where it is needed in the roof.
