All for a great cause.
On Friday 17 February 10 of our staff roll up their sleeves and give their time to support a local community project close to our Isleworth and Southall stores. The Soup Kitchen is a fantastic setup run by volunteers that offers those who need it a safe place to have a meal, pick up a takeaway food parcel, have a shower, haircut, even take an English lesson, and more.
All Hands On Deck!
Staff were put to work by lead Volunteer Angela, who had them preparing food, making up food parcels, making hot drinks, playing games, and of course, washing up the dishes.
Community Investment.
This was our second Give Back Day after the success of our last visit in May 2022. Staff really enjoyed helping out and will be back later in the year to support again.
