I am writting to acknowledge the good service received from your company. They attempted to deliver an item on Monday at 11:25 am Ref: con 184203, I was out.
I rang to re arrange delivery for today, for after 13:45 hours. I received a call at around 13:35 hours and the delivery was made by 14:00 hours, the delivery man was helpful, and polite.
This is the first time in at least 15 years; I can honestly say the service was second to none. I wanted to acknowledge my thanks, as I feel people do not always take the time to acknowledge the good, but find the time to complain when things are bad.
