Moulded zinc handle located at the bottom of the window. Window opens to a horizontal position for easy exit in the case of an emergency. Dual opening positions. Gas filled springs for ease of opening. Lockable for security. Made from Nordic Pine from managed resources. FSC and PEFC Certified. Part L Compliant. Can be installed in a roof pitch from 15-90 degrees. Pre-treated with fungicide to guarantee long life. Pre-finished with high build tough lacquer for appearance and durability.
