Delivery and Returns
We hold a large stock in our warehouse and receive new deliveries daily and will do our utmost to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please note that some products are particularly large and bulky and it may not be possible to deliver them to some locations (e.g. high rise properties). See our customer charter for further details.
It is recommend you wait until all items have been delivered if you are arranging installation. We pride ourselves in giving good delivery dates but if your order is delayed for reasons beyond our control we will do our best to advise you.
Next Day
We offer next day service with a charge, which will be refunded if we cannot deliver next day. The cut off time on a next day order is 2pm. If ordered after 2pm, the item will be delivered the following working day. 350mm, 450mm, and 550mm sun tunnels need to be ordered by 12pm for next day delivery. Free 3-Day Delivery
Is available to most of our products to UK mainland area A and B (see map).Domes and Blinds take up to 7 working days. Please contact us to check delivery for special order items. We will notify you with any change of delivery timescale for your order.

Carrier
Our delivery partners ensure goods reach you in good condition. Our logistics team will allocate a space for your order and we endeavour to send you an email on the day of despatch with details. Normal delivery times are between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m but you can ring the carrier direct for an indication of delivery time. Large orders are sent on a pallet and are normally delivered on a rigid vehicle with tail lift. This usually means your order will be dropped on your driveway or kerbside.
When you receive your goods...
You will be asked to sign for the delivery unless you have previously arranged otherwise (via the delivery info box at the checkout) Upon delivery please ensure that your product is inspected, as we cannot accept any claim for damage/shortage unless the delivery note has been endorsed accordingly. Any subsequent claim must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. If you advise us of any damage we usually request a digital photo to be sent to enquiries@sterlingbuild.co.uk
